  • Delivery Cost: A flat delivery fee of 100 euros applies to all orders.
  • Delivery Time: Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery within Europe is conducted via plane, and orders typically arrive within 5 business days after dispatch.
  • Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via expedited air freight to ensure prompt delivery.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors such as customs clearance and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We will provide you with a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Refunds

We strive to provide you with products of the highest quality. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange subject to the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographic evidence of the damage to facilitate the refund or exchange process.
  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect order, please notify us immediately, and we will arrange for the correct items to be shipped to you at no additional cost.
  • Change of Mind: We understand that circumstances may change. If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order. However, please note that return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase within 5-7 business days after the returned item(s) have been received and inspected. Please note that refunds are subject to the condition of the returned item(s) and may be subject to a restocking fee if the item(s) are not returned in their original condition.
